FAQs

1. How do I order?
Orders can be made online, by calling us on 0416 050 525 or by email at sales@beautifulboxes.com.au. Once your order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your inbox via email.

2. Is delivery included in the price of the gift box?
The cost of delivery is not included in the price of gift box. see delivery information

3. What happens if the recipient is not home when the gift is delivered?
Couriers will leave a card at the front door regarding collection information. However, you can request that the courier leaves your item at the front door if you know that it will be safe. If Beautiful Boxes incurs an extra charge for redelivery this will be passed back to the sender.

4. Can I create my own gift box or order an individual product that I see on your website?
Yes. Please call us on 0416 050 525 or email us on hello@beautifulboxes.com.au if there are queries that you may have.

5: What happens if my gift box is damaged?
Please be assured that your gift box will leave our premises in perfect condition.If you receive an item that is damaged please contact Beautiful Boxes within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Can I personalise the message on the gift card?
Absolutely! Before proceeding to checkout, you will be asked whether you would like a personalised message on the gift card.

 7. Alcohol
Beautiful Boxes containing alcohol may only be purchased by and delivered to persons over the age of 18. Under the Liquor Act 2007, boxes containing alcohol can only be purchased by someone other than the ultimate receiver and both the purchaser and the ultimate receiver need to be over 18 years of age.
